Use your hand (wave it back and forward close to your face) to cool your face. It'll relieve some stress.
7.) Say, "I believe in me, and others do too!!!!"

8.) Think of a joke to make you smile :)
What makes you happy, a joke, a phrase, a picture, an action, etc? Think about it or do it.
9.) Think of some of your favorite things.
Is it a toy, a photo, a stuffed animal, something you do, something others do, etc? Ponder about it.
10.) PRAY!!!!
